Hello! At first sight this photomanipulations is very well done, you used a variety of stocks and lighting is not bad.
You said that you didnt like the horns or the eye, well, that's a problem of blending, colour and shadows. The horns would look more real if you had passed a soft eraser where the horn connects to the head. Also to complete the realism of the horn, you could change the colour balance of it to make it look like it's part of the horse. And to finish with it, add some shadows and lighting. And secondly, I don't see any problem with the eye, I like it!
Then the whole composition is very well done, it seems that you put effort here.
Shadows and lighting on the horse are nice.
Overall, it's a good job! I only remarked that thing on the horn just to help you and give you advice.
